Thanks God that we managed to rent those two apartment in Tala island, Bahrain. However I am putting them for sale too, Tala Island in Amwaj area , Bahrain, is a very nice place to live in, especially if you have a family, it is a secured compound surrounded by sea shore, has nice common areas, and swiming pools overlooking to sea.

Well, I think I got a tenant now for my 2 bedroom, it seems renting in Bahrain is the trend now, people are waiting to feel the market and trying to get some sense of assurance that their money will not be wasted by buying therefore renting is the waiting game now. So good luck to all

New photos, Thank God electricity is on, and the rent price is reduced, the whole Tala Island is finished, atmosphere is great, with all facilities up and running; cost cafe, 24 hrs market, dairy queen, basket/football/tennis courts, swimming pools, beach, security, etc.
